Our Field Trip to the Ice Creamery went off without a hitch! The schedule was followed perfectly (I give credit to awesome preschoolers who were so well-behaved and great moms who accompanied me).
We started off the day by talking about our town. We then turned our attention to our houses. We accomplished an art activity that will help each child learn their address... a necessary safety skill.
We ventured through our town to the Ice Cream store where we learned a bit about ice cream, how to scoop it, and how to make waffle cones. The "favorite thing", of course, was picking their flavor of ice cream and topping. We then headed to our town's park where we ran off the sugar!
